This is an 11 year old Speyside single malt from Benriach, distilled in 2015 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in February 2026 at a cask strength of 58.6% ABV. It comes from a single first fill Amontillado sherry hogshead and produced 338 numbered bottles.
Amontillado is an uncommon cask for Scotch whisky, and here it works with a spirit that is fruity and slightly malty. The whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
It is typically described as showing orchard fruit, toasted nuts and gentle spice.
