This is the 16 year old single malt from BenRiach, a Speyside distillery, bottled in 2015 at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It is described with notes of honey, ripe fruit, roasted nuts and fine spice. A gentle sweetness sits alongside a touch of oak and soft smoke, and the finish is soft and long.
