BenRiach – 21 Year Old (Four Cask Matured) (70cl)

BenRiach 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, four cask matured for at least twenty-one years and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit. The casks are bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks and Bordeaux red wine casks, and the whisky from each is married together. Over the long maturation the Speyside smoke mellows and integrates with fruit, malt and oak. It is described as layered with lush orchard fruit and toasted pine wood, with a honey smoke finish.
