BenRiach 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, made from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit.
It was matured for at least twenty-one years across four types of cask: bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks and Bordeaux red wine casks. The whisky from each cask type is then married together, and the Speyside smoke has time to mellow and blend with the fruit, malt and oak.
It is described as layered, with orchard fruit and toasted pine wood, and a honey smoke finish.
