Benriach 30 Years Old is a single cask Speyside single malt, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2023 by La Maison du Whisky. It matured in a second-fill sherry butt and was bottled at cask strength, 51.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The outturn is 564 bottles, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose is full and complex, with aromatic plants, flowers and exotic fruit, over a warmth of nuts and spice. The palate is rich and concentrated, and the finish is long, running from greengage and yellow peach to cardamom, black liquorice and pineapple pastry.
