Malting Season Second Edition is a single malt from Benriach, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2022 at 48.9% ABV. Each batch is made on site from start to finish, using barley malted by hand on traditional malting floors.
The spirit matured slowly in first-fill bourbon barrels. It is described as notably soft, with creamy notes and the sweetness of roasted barley.
It is non-chill-filtered and free of added colour, in a 70cl bottle.
