Benriach The Twelve is a 12-year-old Speyside single malt, bottled in 2022 at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The whisky matures in three kinds of cask: sherry, bourbon and port. Baked fruit, maple honey and cocoa are the flavours described, with pronounced sultana notes running through the balance.
The finish is spicy, with a note of mocha.
