This is Benrinnes 15 Year Old from the Flora and Fauna series, a Speyside single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled in the 1990s and is partly triple distilled.
The nose is doughy with toffee, reminiscent of cookies baking. The palate is full of peat and sweetness, and the finish brings barley biscuit.
