This is a 15 year old single malt from Benromach, often called the distillery's Classic expression, in a 70cl bottle.
It matured for the full 15 years in first-fill Sherry and bourbon casks only. The balance is between the influence of those casks and a subtle thread of smoke.
The flavours include cracked pepper, charred oak, apples, dark chocolate and forest fruits, with rich Sherry notes and a touch of smoke.
