Benromach Contrast Peat Smoke is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2009 and bottled at 46%. This limited release is the smoky expression, with depth, smoke, stone fruit and vanilla, followed by a long finish.
Benromach is run by hand from start to finish and is probably the smallest distillery in Speyside, with only two people involved in production. There are no thermometers or pressure gauges on the pot stills; the team relies on sound, touch and sight.
