Benromach Red Door Gin (70cl)

A gin from Benromach Distillery, produced in a traditional copper still with juniper berries, citrus peel and a blend of local aromatic herbs. The result is a gin of balanced, complex character. On the nose it shows lively citrus notes and a hint of floral spice. The palate is rich and enveloping, with juniper supported by coriander and angelica. The finish is smooth and persistent. It works well in a classic Gin and Tonic or in more elaborate cocktails.
