Bepi Tosolini Cividina Grappa (1L, 40%)

Bepi Tosolini Cividina Grappa is the house-style grappa from Distilleria Bepi Tosolini in Friuli, Italy. It is a bianca, unaged, bottled at 40% ABV in a one-litre bottle. Rather than a single variety, it is made from a blend of fresh Friulian grape pomace, distilled within days of harvest in traditional discontinuous copper steam stills. It then rests for six months in steel, which keeps it crystal clear. It is full-bodied and smooth, with fresh fruit and floral aromas, blanched almond, citrus oil, peach and apricot. The finish carries a distinctive crack of black pepper. Serve it at room temperature in a tulip glass as a digestif, or in a caffè corretto.
