Bernheim 20th Anniversary 10 Year is a Kentucky straight wheat whiskey from Heaven Hill, aged for 10 years. It is bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. Heaven Hill made this small batch release to mark twenty years of Bernheim Original Wheat Whiskey, which helped establish straight wheat whiskey as a category. The mashbill is led by soft winter wheat. The nose has honey wheat bread, vanilla custard, caramel apple and baking spice. The palate brings creamy wheat cereal, brown butter, cinnamon toast, orange zest and gentle pepper, and the finish is medium-long with soft wheat sweetness, oak tannins and vanilla warmth.
