A small batch Kentucky straight wheat whiskey made to mark the 20th anniversary of the Bernheim Original name. It is aged for 10 years and bottled at 57.5% ABV (115 proof), as a limited edition.
The age and strength give a richer, more concentrated version of the softer, sweeter wheat style Bernheim is known for.
The nose offers vanilla, honeyed wheat, caramel, toasted oak and warm baking spice. On the palate it is full-bodied, with toffee, sweet grain, vanilla cream, oak and cinnamon warmth. The finish is long and smooth, with caramelised sweetness, oak and a soft wheat character.
