This is a 14-year-old Speyside single malt from Glen Spey, bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd for its Glens & Valleys series. It was distilled in 2009, matured in a hogshead and bottled in 2024 as a single cask of 267 bottles, at a cask strength of 55%, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour.
The nose recalls a walk through a pine forest after rain: fresh, with touches of grass, lemon and ripe peach. The palate has rich, nutty undertones, and the finish is soft and rounded, ending on a gentle note of spice.
