An Italian grappa distilled by Bertagnolli in the Trentino valleys. It is made from grape pomace using discontinuous distillation, then refined in steel vats to preserve freshness and aroma. It is clear in colour. On the nose there are white flowers, fresh fruit and a light almond note. On the palate it is round and harmonious, with a softness that invites slow sipping. The finish is persistent and leaves a clean palate.
