A Chardonnay from Piedmont with an immediate, welcoming profile. It is bright in the glass, with aromas of golden apple and ripe pear, delicate floral notes and a citrus touch that adds liveliness. The character balances moderate body and freshness, with an enveloping but not heavy sip supported by an acid-mineral texture.
On the palate it shows softness and precision, almost imperceptible tannins and a pleasant persistence. Serve fresh, around 10-12 C, with fish, shellfish, white meats, soft cheeses, creamy risottos and seafood salads.
