Bèrto Rosso da Travail Vermouth Rosso (1L)

Bèrto Rosso da Travail is a contemporary-style red vermouth from Antica Distilleria Quaglia, made from Piedmontese wines, spices and aromatic herbs. It is not made only from moscato grapes. The aromatic components are matured first, then the finished vermouth rests for two to three months in neutral stainless steel tanks. After bottling it rests a further 60 days. It is deep garnet with amber glints. The nose is vinous and citrusy with sweet spice and subtle vegetal notes. The palate is soft and balanced, lightly alcoholic, with spicy, very persistent finishing notes.
