Bespoken Spirits Bourbon Mash Special Batch Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Bespoken Spirits Special Batch is a bourbon distilled from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt, sourced from MGP in Indiana. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The whiskey is finished with Bespoken's ACTivation process, which uses microstaves treated with controlled heat, pressure and churn over several days. For this batch the staves are a hand-selected array of wood seasoned for two years, chosen to bring out floral and fruity character. The nose is typically described as rose petal, cranberry, pineapple and baking spice. On the palate come caramel, cocoa and lemon zest, followed by a finish of clove and cardamom.
