Bespoken Twice Toasted is a 47% ABV bourbon made from a high-rye mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt. The barrel-aged whiskey is finished with twice-toasted oak staves, and it is amber in colour.
The nose brings apple berry crumble, fig butter, toffee, biscuit and vanilla. On the palate come toasted almond, sweet dried fruits and lively spice, and the finish is light and bright, with caramel and cereal.
