Bespoken Spirits Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 47%)

Bespoken Spirits Bourbon Whiskey is a high-rye bourbon bottled at 47% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, and the base is a bourbon of about two years old, sourced from MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Bespoken finishes it in California with its ACTivation process, which draws aroma, colour and flavour from twice-toasted American oak microstaves in days rather than years. No additives are used. It is amber in the glass. The nose brings apple and berry crumble, fig butter, toffee, biscuit and vanilla, while the palate offers toasted almond, sweet dried fruit and lively spice. The finish is light and bright, with caramel and cereal.
