Bespoken Spirits Twice Toasted American Whiskey (45%)

Bespoken Spirits Twice Toasted is an American whiskey bottled at 45% ABV. The mash bill is 79% corn and 21% mesquite-smoked malted barley, and the whiskey is blended using mesquite-smoked American single malt before being finished with twice-toasted oak staves. It is light golden brown in colour. The nose brings candied figs, dried birch bark, spiced butterscotch and a touch of Madagascar vanilla, with savoury hints of beef carpaccio and jalapeño cheddar. On the palate come smoked barbecue, dark chocolate, green chilli, gingerbread and orange Curaçao. The finish is savoury and smooth, with a subtle smokiness.
