A white wine from Alto Adige made from Sauvignon Blanc. It comes from carefully selected vineyards where cool climate and mountain breezes favour slow ripening of the grapes. The nose offers kiwi, passion fruit, fresh herbs and mineral notes typical of dolomitic soil. On the palate it shows balanced structure, persistent freshness, vivid acidity, pleasant minerality and citrus nuances. It suits fish, seafood, goat's cheese, vegetarian dishes and lightly spiced Asian dishes, and works as an aperitif.
