A white wine from Umani Ronchi, Bianchello del Metauro Fortunae DOC. It shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, with white flowers, green apple, aromatic herbs and a mineral note on the nose. On the palate it is balanced, with acidity supporting a slender texture, light but present body and a pleasant savoury finish. It suits delicate seafood dishes, light soups, seafood salads and fresh cheeses, and also aperitifs that call for a wine of moderate character. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, in not too wide glasses.
