Bianco Alto Adige DOC "Luna dei Feldi" - Santa Margherita (13.5%)

A white wine from Alto Adige, produced by Santa Margherita. It has a savoury, fresh profile with white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, delicate citrus notes and a mineral hint. The palate is immediate but balanced, with lively acidity and controlled softness, and a pleasant, floral and citrus finish. Versatile at table, it accompanies seafood starters, delicate fish dishes, flavourful salads and light fresh cheese preparations. Serve cool, preferably in wide glasses; it is best drunk young, though it can gain some complexity after resting a few seasons.
