On the palate it is fresh, with well-balanced acidity and a soft texture, leading to a harmonious, savoury finish. The structure is not excessive and the persistence is pleasantly moderate. Serve fresh in not too wide glasses. It suits seafood starters, light fish dishes, vegetables and fresh cheeses, and works as an aperitif.
