Bianco IGT "Nekaj"

A white wine from Damijan Podversic with a bright straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections. The nose is fragrant, with white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and citrus hints, plus light herbaceous sensations. The palate is balanced and easy to drink, with freshness supported by acidity and a light savouriness that gives lift and lightness. The body is moderate, with a fine texture and a persistent but not intrusive finish. It works as an aperitif and with seafood starters, lightly seasoned fish dishes, grilled vegetables or fresh cheeses. Serve cool but not cold to appreciate its fragrance and depth.
