Bianco IGT Prulke - Zidarich

A white wine from Zidarich with a bright straw colour. The nose tends towards white-fleshed fruit, with distinct hints of white flowers, citrus peel, light herbal notes and almond. The palate is fresh, supported by pleasant acidity, with a balanced flavour, discreet sapidity and a clean, persistent finish. It suits seafood starters, grilled fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses and light vegetarian dishes, and is best served cool in wide but not overly flared glasses.
