A white wine from the hills around Lake Vico in Lazio, made from Trebbiano, Malvasia and Verdicchio. It has freshness and moderate minerality, reflecting the temperate climate and volcanic soils. Steel ageing preserves lively fruity and floral aromas. On the palate it is harmonious, light and easy-drinking, with pleasant savouriness. It suits light starters, fresh fish and Mediterranean dishes.
