Bib & Tucker is a six-year-old Tennessee bourbon, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration in a 750ml bottle. It is produced by 35 Maple Street Spirits.
The spirit is double distilled, first in a column still and then in a copper pot still, from a mashbill of 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley. It rests for six years in charred American white oak barrels.
The nose offers vanilla bean, chocolate, baking spices and toasted oak, with dried apricot and orange jam beneath. The palate is caramel and toffee, then ginger, cinnamon, brown sugar and espresso, ending in dry, cigar-box tannins. The finish is medium-long, with grainy sweetness, clove and a little menthol.
