Bib & Tucker 6 Year Old Gold Roast Bourbon (46%)

Bib & Tucker 6 Year Gold Roast is a Tennessee bourbon infused with lightly roasted Arabica coffee beans. It is aged for a minimum of six years in number 1 char American oak barrels and bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtering. The coffee is added by cold extraction, with the beans steeped in the bourbon for up to two weeks before the final blending. The whisky is made using the Lincoln County Process and distilled in both copper pot and column stills. It belongs to the Classic Six Series. The nose is fresh-brewed coffee, molasses, sweet corn and baking spice. The palate brings vanilla, toasted oak, milk chocolate and a little rye spice, and the finish is medium-long, with oak, brown spice and a touch of dark roast coffee.
