Bib & Tucker 6 Years Old is an American bourbon in a 70cl bottle. The mash is 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley. It is distilled twice, first in a column still and then in an old copper pot still.
The bourbon matures for at least 6 years in new charred American oak casks.
The nose combines light vanilla and fresh-cut grass with deeper chestnut, caramel and chocolate. On the palate come vanilla, earthy notes, cinnamon, liquorice, rye, apricot and a hint of ginger. The finish brings wood, liquorice and nutmeg.
