Bib & Tucker Bottled in Bond Small Batch 8-Year is a small-batch bourbon with an 8-year age statement, bottled at 100 proof (50%). Bib & Tucker is a sourced American bourbon line from Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits.
The spirit is double-distilled, first through a column still and then a copper pot still, and matured in No. 1 charred American oak. The Bottled-in-Bond designation means it comes from a single distillery and one distilling season, and was aged at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, sweet corn, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate brings brown sugar, toffee, baking spice, oak and rye spice, and the finish is long and warming with caramel, oak and spice.
