Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon (75cl)

Bib & Tucker Double Char is a Tennessee bourbon in a 75cl bottle, aged twice. It was created as a tribute to the turn of the century, when food was cooked over an open flame. For the first six years it ages in new white American oak barrels. It then spends at least another five months being heavily charred and smoked, a fire-forged double char process that shapes its rich, deep flavour. It is described as savoury and smoky, with a very smooth finish.
