Bib & Tucker Gold Roast is a six-year-old bourbon bottled at cask strength and infused with coffee. Its mash bill is corn, rye and malted barley.
A local Tennessee roaster created a custom blend of Arabica beans, which are steeped in the bourbon to bring out roasted flavours.
The nose is dark roasted coffee, caramel and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate come espresso and chocolate, with vanilla, caramel sweetness and a hint of rye spice. The finish is smooth, lingering and warming.
