Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 46%)

Bib & Tucker Small Batch is a Tennessee bourbon, bottled at 46% ABV. The mash is 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley. It is distilled twice, first in a column still and then in a vintage copper pot still, and aged for a minimum of six years in new American white oak barrels with a No. 1 char. It is bottled by hand in small, numbered batches. The name comes from the old expression for your finest clothes, the outfit you would wear to a wedding or a dance. The nose is vanilla and chestnut. On the palate come caramel and dried stone fruit, with ginger and cinnamon spice from the rye, and the finish is warm, sweet and lingering.
