Bib & Tucker Small Batch is a bourbon bottled at 46% by Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. It is double-distilled, passing through a column still and then a pot still, and is non-chill-filtered. The mash bill is 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley. It spends at least six years in lightly charred American white oak barrels. The nose offers butterscotch, charred oak, burnt sugar, toasted pecans and maple syrup. The palate is sweet and creamy, with graham crackers, brown sugar, espresso and clove. The finish brings tobacco and leather, and is fairly short and restrained.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
