Bib & Tucker 'The Tennessee Ten' is a small batch bourbon aged for 10 years in the hills of Tennessee, in a 750ml bottle. It is not chill-filtered, a choice made to keep more depth of flavour in the bottle.
The nose opens with vanilla, sweet roasted corn, toasted oak and pipe tobacco. The palate starts velvety with a touch of sweetness, then turns warm and slightly dry with a cocoa-covered mid-palate. The finish is rich, warming and full-bodied, with spicy cedar and kettle corn.
