Bienvenue Cremant d'Alsace Brut AOC has a fine perlage and lively effervescence. The nose offers delicate white-fleshed fruit and citrus, with light floral hints. The palate is fresh and savoury, with good acidity and a finish of good persistence. It is versatile with aperitifs, fish, shellfish, light antipasti, fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes.
