Big Horn is a Canadian whisky bottled at 40% ABV, in a soft, grain-driven style. The nose is grainy, with cornmeal, rye flour, light caramel and a pudding-like sweetness. The palate is mild and supple, with soft caramel, light grain sweetness and a subdued earthiness. The finish is dryish and medium in length, with slate and straw notes that add a faintly mineral, rustic edge.
