Big Moustache Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Big Moustache is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 50% in a 750ml bottle, distilled by Tennessee Distilling Ltd in Columbia, Tennessee. The mash bill is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. The spirit is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before ageing for a minimum of four years in new American oak. It is bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour. This was the first release, drawn from 14 hand-selected barrels. The nose is smoky with vanilla and cedar. The palate is aromatic, full-bodied, rich and powerful, and the finish is very long.
