Big Peat Winter Edition is a 10 year old Islay blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing, finished in French red wine casks. It is a limited, small batch release at 48% in a 70cl bottle, with no colouring added and no chill-filtration. Big Peat is made only from Islay single malts. Caol Ila brings sweetness, Bowmore balance, Ardbeg a medicinal, earthy quality and Port Ellen a degree of elegance.
