Big Peat 15th Anniversary is a blended malt from Douglas Laing, made entirely from Islay single malts and bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It marks the fifteenth anniversary of Big Peat and is predominantly finished in red wine casks. It is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring.
The blend draws on four distilleries. Caol Ila adds sweet, fruity notes and a velvety softness, Bowmore a subtle maritime touch, and Ardbeg a powerful, medicinal and earthy depth. Port Ellen completes the blend.
