This Bimber was made exclusively for the 2023 Southport Whisky Festival and shows the influence of Amontillado sherry casks. It is a limited release of 114 bottles, and this one is bottle number 39.
The whisky is described as having complex sherry notes and the depth of character associated with Bimber, along with a distillation process and cask selection the distillery takes care over.
