A single cask London single malt from Bimber, bottled in November 2022 from an Oloroso cask, number 441. It is bottled at 59.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and the outturn was 321 bottles. The release comes from the Spirit of the Underground series, made in collaboration with Transport for London, and celebrates Covent Garden Station. The tasting notes mention warmed fudge cake and fresh raspberries, then sticky toffee pudding and red berry compote, with a piquant finish and light spice.
