An eight year old single malt from the Bimber Distillery in London, released as a limited edition called Harmony of Eight. The whisky matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
It is bottled at 50%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, in a run of 1090 bottles.
The tasting notes list vanilla, honey, ripe fruit, raisins and spices, with a gentle sweetness from the sherry.
