This is a single malt from Bimber, the London distillery founded by whisky enthusiasts from Poland. They took the name from the Polish word for moonshine. It is bottled at 59.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was released for the Southport Whisky Festival, held in July 2020, and is one of the distillery's very first releases. Bimber uses malted barley from a single farm and distils in fire-powered stills.
