This is a single malt from the Bimber distillery in London, bottled in a 70cl bottle at 58.7% abv for the 2021 Midlands Whisky Festival. It marks the festival's 10th anniversary, and the wine and spirit merchants Nickolls & Perks had it bottled specially for the event.
The whisky matured in a single ex-bourbon cask. Bimber laid down its first casks on 26 May 2016.
