Bimber Oloroso Cask is a single malt London whisky from Bimber, filled into a 70cl bottle at a strength of 51.4% ABV. It was bottled on the 3rd of June 2020. It was matured first in ex-bourbon oak casks, then moved into an Oloroso sherry butt for finishing, so both cask types shape the whisky.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
