Bimber – Peated PX Sherry Cask for Germany #458 (70cl, 59.4%)

This is a single cask Bimber single malt, peated and matured in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask, number 458. It was bottled in 2023 for Germany as part of the Germany Edition 2023, with 283 bottles filled at a cask strength of 59.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The peat comes from Aberdeenshire and is used at the distillery in London, where the barley malt is dried in the distillery's custom-made kiln. The whisky has no added colour and is not chill-filtered. The Pedro Ximenez sherry cask gives it a smoky, fruity character.
